World Health Expo (WHX) Dubai, formerly Arab Health, runs from 25 to 28 January 2027 across two Dubai venues. Our guide covers sectors, halls, hours, transport and the 2026 results.
World Health Expo (WHX) Dubai 2027, the show formerly known as Arab Health, takes place from 25 to 28 January 2027. It runs across Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), Expo City Dubai and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), according to the official WHX Dubai website. Informa Markets organises the show and calls the 2027 event its 52nd edition.

Arab Health is now World Health Expo (WHX) Dubai
Arab Health and WHX Dubai are the same event. The official FAQ answers the question directly: "Yes. World Health Expo (WHX) in Dubai is the evolution of Arab Health." It adds that Arab Health "ran for over 50 years as the largest healthcare exhibition in the Middle East and Africa."
The FAQ also explains the new name. It "reflects the event's wider global scope and ambition to connect the international healthcare community." The organiser's history page sets out these milestones:

An Informa Markets release of 27 October 2025 called the 2025 show the 50th edition. The same release said 2026 would be "the first time in the event's history" that the show took place outside DWTC.
WHX Labs, formerly Medlab Middle East, joins WHX Dubai 2027
"From 2027, WHX Labs will become part of the flagship World Health Expo event in Dubai," says the official WHX Labs page. It explains the history: "Formerly known as Medlab Middle East, WHX Labs has supported the global laboratory community for 25 years." The page also confirms that "WHX Labs will no longer run as a separate event."
For 2026, Informa Markets announced WHX Labs as a separate show at DWTC from 10 to 13 February 2026, marking its 25th anniversary. For 2027, laboratory exhibitors move into a dedicated Labs Zone at DWTC. The organiser calls it "A dedicated destination for laboratory medicine, diagnostics, genomics and pathology". The zone sits next to the Pharma & Biotech and Wellness & Longevity zones.
Visitors need no extra pass for the Labs Zone. The general FAQ says "no separate Labs registration or ticket is needed". For suppliers, the WHX Labs FAQ confirms: "Laboratory, diagnostics and testing companies can still take part through WHX Dubai's dedicated Labs Zone."
WHX Dubai 2027 sectors by venue: DEC and DWTC
World Health Expo 2027 splits its sectors between two venues. According to the floorplan page, "sectors are grouped by clinical and commercial adjacency". The page says this helps visitors plan their time and places exhibitors "closer to the audiences that matter most."

Medical Equipment & Devices appears at both venues. The exhibitor FAQ asks whether one venue is better and answers: "No. Each venue has been designed around specific sectors and audiences."
An Informa Markets release of 24 August 2026 names four new sectors: Pharma, Biotech, Longevity and Wellness. All four sit at DWTC.
Dubai Exhibition Centre and Dubai World Trade Centre
Dubai World Trade Centre owns and operates Dubai Exhibition Centre, according to the DEC website. The WHX Dubai travel page says DEC "serves at the gateway to Expo City Dubai, the home of Expo 2020 and COP28". It also lists a "Linear hall layout for easy navigation" and direct access to Expo City Dubai. The DEC expansion page marks Phase 1 as completed, adding 64,000 square metres of permanent exhibition space and 30,000 square metres of temporary space. DWTC "sits at the centre of Dubai's business district on Sheikh Zayed Road", says the WHX Dubai travel page. The DWTC website describes "our own dedicated metro station" and a total of 7,530 parking spaces. It also lists onsite valet services and charging bays for electric cars. WHX Dubai 2027 opening hours and tickets
The official FAQ gives the same exhibition hours for both venues:

"Conference sessions may follow their own schedules," the FAQ adds. It says final opening times will be confirmed on the WHX website closer to the event.
WHX Dubai 2027 offers Standard, Advantage and Platinum tickets. "Every WHX ticket includes exhibition access at both venues across all four days," says the FAQ. Advantage adds WHX Tech, the Healthspan Stage and one hour of early entry each day through a fast track lane. Platinum adds all stages across both venues, including the CME conferences. A one-day Platinum ticket is also listed.
Badges are digital only and appear in the WHX Events App. Onsite registration is available at both venues during the show. The FAQ allows registering someone else, "provided you use the attendee's own unique email address."
Getting to WHX Dubai 2027 and travelling between DEC and DWTC
"A complimentary shuttle runs between the venues on every show day," says the official WHX Dubai FAQ. The Dubai Metro Red Line serves both venues.

WHX Dubai 2027 conference programme and stages
The WHX Dubai content page lists six stages and 15 CME conferences for 2027. Four of the six stages carry CME accreditation. The Radiology Stage includes a conference on artificial intelligence (AI), workforce and workflow.

The Histopathology conference completes the list of 15. It runs in Al Ain Rooms J and K at DWTC, according to the content page. The Biotech & Life Sciences Forum takes place on the Healthspan Stage, says the Informa Markets release of 24 August 2026.
WHX Connections Programme, World Healthcare Week and other 2027 features
WHX Connections Programme
The organiser describes the Connections Programme as "a week-long, facilitated networking experience". It is hosted on the Visionary Stage at DEC and the Healthspan Stage at DWTC. The programme page lists 14 sessions across the week. A typical day runs content sessions from 10:30 to 14:30 and an invite-only curated session from 15:00 to 16:00. Side events follow from 16:30 to 17:30.
World Healthcare Week 2027
WHX Dubai 2027 is part of World Healthcare Week, which also includes WHX Tech and WHX Leaders. Both take place at DWTC during the week. The official home page describes WHX Tech as "Digital health, AI and connected care, with the investors and innovators behind them". It calls WHX Leaders "An invitation-only forum for health ministers, system CEOs and institutional investors". Advantage and Platinum tickets include full access to WHX Tech.
Other new features for 2027
The organiser's "What's new at WHX 2027?" list includes "Expanded country pavilions". It also lists an "Upgraded WHX Events App" with "Improved matchmaking, personal schedules and lead management".
Exhibiting at WHX Dubai 2027: what the official exhibitor pages cover
The WHX Dubai exhibit page lists six audience groups for exhibitors:

The exhibitor FAQ names Space Only stands among the stand options. The exhibitor hub states that "Stand contracts are venue-specific." Each venue has its own Customer Centre with the official exhibitor manual for that venue.
The hub sets out six steps to a show-ready stand. Step three covers a digital booth in the WHX Events App, which the hub says works across both venues. Step five asks exhibitors to make sure their "physical stand design meets the guidelines for your stand type". The floorplan is available through a request form on the official floorplan page.
WHX Dubai 2026 in numbers
WHX Dubai 2026 ran from 9 to 12 February 2026 at Dubai Exhibition Centre, its first edition at DEC. The figures below come from the organiser's WHX Dubai 2026 Impact Report page.

The WHX Dubai home page lists three future editions under "Save the date for the future editions":
