Al Rostamani Group, one of the UAE's most established conglomerate brands, required a standout presence at a major careers fair in Dubai. The 108sqm stand needed to go beyond standard careers fair booths and deliver a brand experience that communicated the group's scale, heritage, and employer brand positioning. The stand featured a double-deck design with a ground-floor exhibition area for visitor engagement and an upper mezzanine for private meetings and interviews. The facade incorporated the Al Rostamani brand identity with clean ivory arched architecture, a blue accent stripe referencing the corporate colour palette, and walnut slat panels for warmth. Interior features included a living green wall with the brand logo, interactive digital columns displaying career opportunities, a circular central canopy with the brand values statement, and pendant greenery throughout. Construction was managed end-to-end by Orchestra Media with on-site installation completed ahead of the event opening. The stand became one of the most visited and photographed installations at the fair, demonstrating that corporate recruitment events deserve the same design and construction quality as major trade exhibitions.
