FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Our on-site services are available as standalone packages. Many clients come to us specifically for booth personnel, hospitality, content production, or VIP handling even when their stand is built by another provider.
One. A dedicated coordinator manages every service from setup day through dismantling. Catering schedules, cleaning rotations, AV checks, and stand maintenance run on a daily briefing. Your team gets one phone number and one face for everything happening around the booth.
VIP routing is mapped two to four weeks before the show, with input from your team on each delegation's profile, language requirements, and meeting agenda. Hosts are briefed in person the day before doors open. For government visitors, we coordinate with embassy or ministry liaisons on protocol, badge access, and any security clearance ahead of the visit.
Content planning starts in the brief: shot lists, key product moments, executive interview slots, and social-clip concepts agreed before doors open. On-site dailies are delivered the morning after, ready for live posting. Final cuts of films, photo libraries, and recap videos land within two to three weeks of the show closing.
Every immersive build starts with a venue survey: load-bearing capacity, ceiling clearance, power draw, structural fixings, and emergency egress. Once feasibility is confirmed, the install integrates with the stand build so cabling, rigging, and sightlines are designed together rather than retrofitted. We have run LED walls, holographic displays, and AR/VR rigs at IDEX, Dubai Airshow, and Eurosatory.
Delegations range from a handful of executives to over a hundred staff and guests. We work alongside your existing corporate travel team or run the entire booking ourselves, depending on what suits. Hotel and flight bookings are typically firmed up six to eight weeks before the show. Off-show dinners, networking events, and team activities follow the same coordination thread.
For content production and multimedia installations, 4-6 weeks minimum. Booth personnel, on-site hospitality, and team travel typically need 3-4 weeks for proper coordination. For comprehensive packages combining multiple services, start the conversation 3-4 months before your exhibition date.
