Exhibitor Portal access went to "one primary contact per company", who could share access links with colleagues. The 2025 frequently asked questions (FAQ) page added that exhibitors could scan visitor badges with lead capture tools in the official app.

The organiser's sustainability page says Dubai Airshow will be part of the Better Stands Programme. The programme aims "to reduce the single use disposable stands at exhibitions in favour of reusable structures". For 2025, the organiser said the exhibition, conference and chalets ran on 100% renewable electricity.

The organiser calls the aircraft display "An undisputed highlight of Dubai Airshow". The static display is "open to all registered attendees", says the 2025 FAQ. The daily flying programme is published each morning on the website and app. In a "Dubai Airshow-first", electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft joined the 2025 flying display.
