What Jetex Needed
Jetex, a global leader in private aviation services and FBO operations, needed to make a statement at EBACE Geneva. But the challenge went beyond a good-looking booth. They needed three separate services coordinated as one: a custom exhibition stand that reflected their premium positioning, on-site event management for VIP client hosting, and prime exhibition floor space.
Typically, a company in Jetex's position would hire three vendors. One for design and construction. One for event logistics. One for space booking. Three contracts, three timelines, three points of potential failure.

Stand Design & Construction
A custom-designed 540sqm exhibition stand reflecting Jetex's premium brand identity. Clean lines, high-end materials, and spatial design that created both public-facing areas and private meeting rooms.
Event Management
The Bridge Exhibitions group (our holding company, which also includes Arabian World Events) managed on-site operations including VIP delegation hosting, catering coordination, and visitor flow management throughout the multi-day show.
Space Booking
The Bridge Exhibitions group secured a prime floor position through established organiser relationships. Maximum visibility from the main visitor aisle and proximity to complementary exhibitors.
One contract covered everything. One project manager coordinated all three workstreams. Jetex focused on client meetings instead of vendor coordination.
