LEAP 2027 in Riyadh: Exhibitor Guide to Stand Types, Stages and DeepFest

LEAP 2027 takes place from 12 to 15 April 2027 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, Malham, according to the official LEAP website. Tahaluf organises LEAP, a global technology event held every year in Riyadh since 2022. DeepFest, the event's artificial intelligence (AI) programme, runs alongside LEAP 2027 at the same venue.

What LEAP is and who organises it

The official key information page describes LEAP as "a global technology event held annually in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia". It brings together "technology companies, founders, investors, policymakers and industry leaders", in the organiser's words. The page calls LEAP "a multi-sector technology platform spanning enterprise, startup, investment and government engagement". The organiser also says LEAP "is recognised as the world's most attended technology event by in-person attendance".

LEAP launched in 2022 "in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 objectives for digital transformation and economic diversification". The first edition ran from 1 to 3 February 2022 in Riyadh. LEAP 2026, the fifth edition, ran from 31 August to 3 September 2026 at the same venue.

Tahaluf, the organiser, is "a strategic joint venture between Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and EIF", says its website. EIF is the Events Investment Fund. Tahaluf was founded in February 2022 and is headquartered in Riyadh. Its event portfolio also includes DeepFest, LEAP East, Black Hat MEA and Cityscape Global.

The organiser's Why Exhibit page cites "334,940 connections made by partners in 2025". At LEAP 2025, the Rocket Fuel Pitch Competition received over 2,500 applications from more than 30 countries. Its equity-free prize pool was 1 million US dollars, awarded across several categories. The key information page also lists LEAP's industry awards, including Best Exhibition of the Year at the Middle East Event Awards 2025.

Space only stands and exhibitor sectors at LEAP 2027

The LEAP 2027 exhibitor enquiry form offers space only stands in small, medium and large sizes. The form also asks whether the company plans "any announcements" at the show.

The enquiry form asks exhibitors to choose an industry. Its categories include:

LEAP 2026 stages and halls at RECC Malham

The LEAP 2026 agenda filters sessions by stage, and each stage name carries its hall. The 2026 programme ran over four days.

The same filter also lists booth stages for EY (Hall 1), Google Cloud and PwC. The LEAP 2026 agenda page describes "more than 1,000 speakers from across global tech, investment and public policy".

LEAP conference tracks and their focus

The key information page lists LEAP's focus areas as AI, cloud and data infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech and health technology. They also include smart cities, climate and energy technologies, space, gaming, sports technology and digital commerce. Each conference track has its own page on the official website.

The CODE Stage is "Driven by MCIT's Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE)". At LEAP 2027, the organiser says it "serves as the primary meeting point for founders, tech entrepreneurs, and venture investors".

DeepFest 2027, the AI event inside LEAP

"DeepFest is LEAP's dedicated artificial intelligence programme and is co-located within the main LEAP event," says the LEAP key information page. "It focuses on applied AI, data, governance and enterprise adoption". The LEAP home page calls DeepFest "the region's most influential AI event".

DeepFest 2027 takes place from 12 to 15 April 2027 at RECC Malham, according to the DeepFest website. The same site says "DeepFest launched in 2023". "The 2027 edition will feature vital conversations and interactive demos exploring AI governance, ethics, sustainability, security, robotics and more," the site adds.

At LEAP 2026, DeepFest sessions ran in Hall 5, according to the 2026 agenda. The LEAP 2027 General Pass includes "Full conference access across LEAP and DeepFest stages", says the official tickets page.

Tech Arena, World Tech Zone and Sports Tech Hub at LEAP 2027

The Tech Arena "debuted in 2025 as the region's first immersive demo stage", says the organiser. Its third edition in 2027 brings "world-first launches and working prototypes across humanoid robotics, human augmentation, frontier health tech and agentic AI". The page adds that "Every session is a live demo", and it invites companies to submit their technology. In 2026, the Tech Arena sat in Hall 5.

The World Tech Zone is "an international showcase designed to spotlight how nations are building, scaling and collaborating through technology". It "brings together country pavilions, government initiatives and global companies in one central space", in the organiser's words. Its World Tech Stage runs for "four days at LEAP 2027", where "ministers, ambassadors, thought leaders and founders share one stage". In 2026, the World Tech Stage was in Hall 3.

The Sports Tech Hub grew "From a single content track in 2025 to a full-scale venue in 2026", according to its page. Its programme lists "high-impact stage sessions, immersive tech demos, intimate athlete meet-and-greets, and dedicated discussions on sports investments and venture funding".

Announcements, networking and media formats at LEAP

On the Announcement Stage, companies "sign Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), announce strategic investments, and launch new projects", says its page. The organiser calls it "The dedicated platform for live MOUs, strategic joint ventures, and milestone investments".

LEAP Connect is "a dedicated networking environment" set "Away from the pace of the show floor". The organiser says "LEAP Connect is exclusive to VIP and Priority pass holders." In 2026, LEAP Connect was in Hall 4.

For LEAP 2026, the organiser described Ecosystem Xchange as a programme of "partner-led workshops, programme showcases, startup pitches and ecosystem spotlights". It described Tech Tours as "a curated initiative designed to give selected attendees a guided exploration of key innovation areas across the exhibition". The Tech Tours page lists access for speaker, investor, Founder, Priority and VIP pass holders.

LEAP Studios is "the event's dynamic creative hub and premier podcast and live media platform", according to the organiser. At LEAP 2027, it "will provide a dedicated space for tech pioneers and industry leaders to share insights". GameX Creative "brings together gaming, storytelling and digital culture in one dedicated zone".

Visitor passes, rules and LEAP 2026 show hours

LEAP "is intended for attendees aged 18 and over", says the official FAQ, and no child passes are available. The FAQ recommends buying tickets online. "Limited on-site registration may be available, subject to capacity."

The LEAP 2027 tickets page lists the General Pass, Priority Pass and VIP Pass, with separate options for investors and founders, students and press. The General Pass includes "Access to LEAP's exhibition". Press passes are "available to verified media only". Applicants must use an official company email address, and each application is subject to approval.

For LEAP 2026, the FAQ listed on-site parking for Priority Pass, VIP Pass, Founder Pass and Investor Pass holders. It also mentioned a shuttle bus service to and from the venue. The FAQ says the venue offers "step-free access". It recommends business casual attire and says "National dress is also welcome".

LEAP East in Hong Kong

Tahaluf describes LEAP East as "An international expansion of the LEAP technology event in Hong Kong". Its history page calls LEAP East Tahaluf's first Asia-Pacific expansion, held in Hong Kong in 2026. The LEAP home page says the first LEAP East, in July 2026, brought "the LEAP experience to Asia for the first time". That edition gathered 25,000+ attendees, 450+ exhibitors and 600+ investors, according to the home page.

"Hong Kong is now confirmed as LEAP East's exclusive Asian host city for the next three years," the home page adds. The LEAP East website gives the next edition's dates as 8 to 10 December 2027. The venue is the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
