We provide end-to-end project management, acting as the central hub that plans, coordinates, and executes every aspect of your event involvement. Planning & coordination

We kick off by developing a detailed project plan and timeline that covers pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities. This includes scheduling key milestones (design approvals, production deadlines, shipping dates, etc.) and aligning all stakeholders. We interface with exhibition organisers on your behalf to handle technical manuals, deadlines, and regulations – making sure all requirements (from floor plan approval to health & safety forms) are met timely. If your participation spans multiple events or countries, we synchronise efforts across all, so you have a cohesive strategy and schedule.

Logistics & operations

Our team handles the complex logistics that come with international events. We arrange shipping and customs clearance for your exhibits and materials, working with freight forwarders who specialise in events. We book and manage on-site services – electricity, rigging, internet, cleaning, you name it. If you have multiple vendors (for example, a local AV supplier or furniture rental), we coordinate them for a smooth install. Our project managers are adept at navigating local rules (different venues, different countries) and solving problems before they escalate.

On-site management​

During the event setup and show days, we are on the ground ensuring everything runs like clockwork. We supervise the booth build and make real-time decisions to adapt to any unforeseen issues (e.g. a shipment delay or a layout change). Throughout the event, our team conducts regular check-ins to keep things on track – whether it’s managing staff schedules, refilling brochures, or troubleshooting technical issues at your stand. We remain your eyes and ears, so you can concentrate on networking and meetings. After the event, we oversee teardown and handle any required follow-ups (return shipments, lead handovers, etc.).
